Thermal analysis - DSC, DTA, TGA, coupling, TMA - calorimetry, gas sorption products

Microcalorimetry uses a suite of techniques to directly measure enthalpy and heat capacity changes that arise when chemical reactions occur. In aqueous solutions, heat flux into or out of the sample almost always happens on reaction. These reactions may involve a wide variety of situations, e.g., the interaction of two molecules (such as a cyclodextrin and its guest), changes in the conformation of complex macromolecules (such as proteins or DNA), or even in the structure of very complex multimolecular colloidal drug delivery systems (such as liposomes).

Calorimetry is the technique with the highest sensitivity for characterizing nuclear materials and waste.
When radioactive waste material in a container emits α and β radiation (e.g. from curium, plutonium, tritium, etc.) it also emits an amount of heat that is proportional to the quantity of radioactive material. This heat emission can be quantified using a SETARAM calorimeter.
SETARAM instrumentation's large-volume calorimeters (from 1 l to 90 l) can detect thermal radiation levels of just a few μW.

и потока тепла между образцом и справочным материалом (подвергнутые тем же вариациям температуры в контролируемой атмосфере).
ДТА - Дифференциально-Термический Анализ обнаруживает любое изменение на всех типах материалов;
ДСК - Дифференциальная Сканирующая Калориметрия
позволяет определить температуру и теплоту, вызванные трансформацией.
SETARAM Instrumentation предлагает:
- наиболее обширный диапазон
температуры анализаторов ДТА (от -150°C до 2400°C), используя термопару высокой точности.
- наиболее полный выбор ДСК (системы контроля качества в наиболее чувствительном ДСК, так же, как и в ДСК 3D-Sensor Inside).
Особенности, измеренные ДТА / ДСК,- это изменения фазы, стекловидный переход, плавление, отсутствие примесей, испарение, кристаллизация, пиролиз, теплоемкость (Cp), полимеризация, денатурация / агломерация, совместимость и т.д.

C ДСК (или Калориметром) Высокого давления, пользователи способны изучать материал и его реакции под давлением выше 1000 bars! Наше решение: камера для анализа, содержащая образец (тигли), является единственной частью, подвергнутой давлению. Мы специально разработали газовое панно, которое может функционировать под водородом . )

Термогравометрия (ТГА)

ТГА

Термогравиметрия (TГA) измеряет изменения массы материала (подвергнутого вариациям температуры в контролируемой атмосфере). Все весы SETARAM Instrumentation отвечают критериям очень высокой точности и большой стабильности.
Особенности, измеряемые Термогравометрией (ТГА)) включают коррозию, пиролиз, абсорбцию / десорбцию, утрату растворителя, окисление/ уменьшение, гидратация/ дегидратация, разложение и т.д.

Термогравометрия и Дифференциальная Сканирующая Калориметрия / Дифференциальный Термический Анализ одновременно

b >Для одновременного ТГА-ДСК щуп ДСК соединен с весами, чтобы осуществить синхронные анализы ТГА (Термогравометрия)и ДСК (Дифференциальная Сканирующая Калориметрия) на том же образце.
Одновременные измерения ТГА и ДСК (STA) предлагают больше информации, чем измерения, осуществленные на двух отдельных системах.
Предложение Setaram Instrumentation включает, между различными единственными системами, высокую температуру, достигающую 2400°C, также нововведенное соединение между симметрическими микровесами и ДСК, снабженное датчиком 3D.

Соединения / Анализ газа

ТГА, соединенный с QMS ou IRTF

Соединение анализатора газа (QMS : Спектрометр массы, IRTF: Инфракрасное излучение Трансформации Фурье,
GC : хроматография газа и т.д.) с ТГА (термогравометрия) облегчают, с одной стороны, идентификацию паров и, с другой стороны, понимание механизмов трансформации. Для оптимизации соединений между ТГА и анализатором газа,
SETARAM Instrumentation разработал несколько систем:
- Систему SuperSonic, предлагающую возможности единственных измерений для ТГА,соединенного со Спектрометром Массы.
- Système capillaire для упрощения ваших измерений TГA-MS et TГA-FTIR.
Наши термические анализаторы были также успешно соединены с приборами GC, BET, рентгеновских лучей.

Термомеханический Анализ (TMA)

ТМА

Термо-Механический Анализ - TMA - измеряет деформацию образца под неколебательным принуждением, в зависимости от времени или температуры, когда он подвергнут программированию от температуры.
Setaram Instrumentation предлагает системы ТМА вертикального типа, позволяющие работать со слабой массой без приложения какой-либо силы к образцу.
Особенности, измеренные Термо-Механическим Анализом - ТМА - включают коэффициенты термического расширения, обжига, стекловидного перехода и т. д.

Генератор Влажного Газа

Влажность оказывает значительный эффект на стабильность многочисленной продукции. С целью оценивать это специфическое влияние, SETARAM разработал генератор контролируемой влажности, названный WETSYS.

Сорбция газа

Компания HyEnergy, вошедшая в состав компании Setaram в 2008 году, создала отраслевой стандарт высокопроизводительных исследований сорбции газа, разработав высококачественную и высокоэффективную систему (PCTPro) для получения надежных, воспроизводимых данныx для разнообразных задач по аккумулированию водорода в материалах.

Сегодня диапазон задач расширился, и возросло качество их решений; предлагаются самые гибкие, мощные и легкие в использовании станции сорбции газа среди аналогичных станций, предлагаемых на мировом рынке. Современные системы обеспечивают еще более высокую точность при уникальном уровне гибких возможностей, позволяющих исследовать жидкости, тонкие пленки и образцы размером от миллиграммов до килограммов. Мы также предлагаем приборы для обеспечения возможности работы при температурах от весьма низких до 500ºC и высоких давлениях для масс-спектроскопии газов, а также даже симбиозныx технологий с синхронной калориметрией для получения полных характеристик процессов сорбции.

Термическая Кондуктивность

Термическая удельная проводимость и рассеивание - это наиболее важные термофизические параметры для описания особенностей передачи теплоты материала или компонента. SETARAM предлагает совсем новый Анализатор Термической Проводимости TCi в партнерстве с канадским обществом MATHIS.
