HEL is an international group of companies providing tools for Process Screening, Process Development, Optimisation and Reactive Hazards Assessment to clients in the pharmaceutical, fine chemicals, petro chemicals and other chemistry related industries. Our considerable knowledge in these areas has helped many companies improve and solve their chemical process problems. A range of systems from the laboratory bench to full pilot scale, inclusive of reactor vessel, feed systems, heater/cooler and full computer control can be supplied with full technical support from our experienced chemists and engineers world-wide.

Safe Process Scale-Up
HEL produces three main devices to assist in the evaluation of thermal hazards: (TSu, PHI-TEC and SIMULAR).
These are complementary instruments that are useful at different stages of the
process development. In the well equipped laboratories of large corporations, all three are used.The devices use the same software platform (winISO) and produce similar data files, etc. making it simple for users to move between the different systems.

The aims of MOF2010 are to address all questions concerning the community working with Metal Organic Frameworks, Metal Coordination Compounds and related materials. The spectrum of topics to be treated range from synthesis and characterization of new materials to properties of materials towards potential applications in biology/medicine, catalysis, magnetism, luminescence and sorption. Both experimental and theoretical aspects will be dealt with, along with key questions pertaining to potential industrial applications of this fascinating family of materials.
